I don't know why, but the title isn't synchronised with the graphs so it doesn't show the result... But as I see here nothing has changed for 18 years. glitching the same... but nevertheless here is cozy... anyway, I'd be glad the see the result in the top of my page, motivating, so to speak...
Today I've finally seen the new number 85.5...
there are a lot of important things to do ahead... so... a lot of moving... and no chance to wolf down... albeit it is worth mentioning that my stomach has gotten accustomed to a small portion so it has diminished. 
oh, and today is the week I am having a cold shower-bath outside with bare feet on the ground.
P/s milgamma has helped, the knee pain has vanished.
