 It started after a new kind of flu in February... It happens from time to time... For example today it's ok... Moreover I have had 26 000 steps walking today. this is one more reason to write diary logs....

I see. I got the same issue, after flu, right. MRI found nothing, my joints are OK. I suppose it is some of spinal disorder after long bad rest.

mayhaps...  but I stayed in bed only three days... not much... in my view it's what the new virus does...

Did you ask your therapist?  Have you gotten

any treatment other than pain relief? Me not

 I can't go to the doctor now... there are some problems... my mum is at the hospital and I have to look after my granny, so my treatment is milgamma (B vitamins for neuro and anti-inflammatory painkillers. Today I've started milgamma/ It looks like neuralgia
